With a long weekend ahead of us, it will be a great time to catch up with some friends and family. When time and
company is on your side and no one is in a rush, you can sit back and really
dive into some meaningful conversations with a beautiful setting. Take some time to reflect on those who died serving our country and really capitalize on cherishing your moments with loved ones around you.
Here are some Las Vegas brunching gems that offer the best of views with classic twists on modern meals. Most venues even offer a Military discount come Memorial Day, be sure to ask your server what types of specials they'll be offering!
Bouchon at the Venetian
This tucked
away French bistro is a hidden Las Vegas strip gem with a gorgeous setting with
a patio available. Their roast chicken and savory bacon-chive waffles are to
die for! All the components of brunch are captured in each menu item. There is
a patio available so be sure to tell your hostess you would love to sit outside
and soak up some sunshine.

Mon Ami Gabi
An upscale
French bistro with a classic menu. There is something for everyone here whether
your tastes are wild for the Escargots de Bourgogne or tame for the Onion Soup
with Steak Frites. All meals come with a view of the Bellagio fountains! This
restaurant is great for big groups but note the patio seating is first come
first serve so arrive early or prepare to wait.
Grand Lux Café
Not that I
play favorites, but if I did, Grand Lux is FOR SURE my favorite. Grand Lux
presents anything from a salmon bagel to a waffle and strawberries. Conveniently
located inside the Venetian | Palazzo and open 24 hours. They have some patio
seating with an impeccable view of the strip. Sip down on some bellini’s and
explore their extensive menu options.

Border Grill
The wait is
considerable but the Ceviche bar has a selection fit for the gods. On Saturdays
& Sundays they embrace unlimited small plates and bottomless Mimosas,
Micheladas, and Bloody Marys special that vary in options from Esquite Lettuce
Wraps, Yucatan Benedict with achiote roasted pork, or Tres Leches French Toast.
Stefany from @VegasByTheBite is a frequent flyer here and features a tone of
recommendations. Located inside Mandalay Bay as the Caesar's Palace property closed its
doors on May 15th.
