I’ve lived in Las Vegas since birth, and I have to say the lifestyle here has piqued my interest since my minor years. The dancing, the music, the outfits, and the crowd that Las Vegas nightlife draws in is world-renowned.
I don’t know about you, but clubbing qualifies as an actual workout in my eyes. Think about it; you’re dancing all night long, pushing through a crowded dance floor, and bending down to adjust your heels, all while holding a drink in your hand! If that’s not working out, I don’t know what is.
There is not much of a difference by saving your cardio workout for the club than getting on your treadmill in the gym. The only differences are the venues being more upscale, socializing is encouraged, and you switch out your sneakers for heels. People are up at all hours working out anyway, so why not do it in a more exciting atmosphere?
In the gym, ladies sign up for free, whereas on The Strip, they gain access to the most glamorous spots in the city. You don’t even need a membership! Being local has its perks when it comes to the Las Vegas nightlife. Most of the time you can get in for free and sometimes a complimentary table will get thrown in as well. Tables are great because you can give your body a break from the crowd and it is nice to have a landing spot. Tables could compare to a locker room, but please keep your clothes on. Nightclubs even keep you hydrated by providing you with bottle service. Granted it’s not water, but the gesture is nice.
Don’t get me wrong; you have to work a little at it. Promoters can be harsh and pushy but so can gym membership sales associates.
The way I see it, this is the best option for those that like to dress up and to go to the gym. If you want to put on some makeup before you hit the treadmill no one should stop you, but I also think other options will put that style to use. Dress up and go to the nightclubs!
To work out, you need to make sure you have the right equipment.

CLOTHES
Although, you are not going to a gym, so the same rules do not necessarily apply. When dressing for the gym you look for functionality, but when dressing for the club, style should be a top priority. Some essentials include clothes, heels, and accessories. Anything beyond that is up to you.
